I'm thrilled to listen to this podcast. As someone who grew up in the American Southwest (well, for the most part LOL), I have grown accustomed to the history, culture, literature, films of the American West. However, I must say that I LOVE to listen/read the perspective on a non-native. It reminds me of the beauty of the west, which is what we need as it's currently 40.5 C. I am curious if you have read any works by Cormac McCarthy or watched the films? I feel he perfectly encompasses much of the West. Great work on this podcast!!!!
